Intercol has developed Biobased, by the massbalance method, D3 wood adhesives. With this method, our raw materials for producing D3 adhesives, are fully compensated by buying Bio-Acetic Acid. Also the synthetic VAM and other additives are compensated by buying biobased acetic acid in our production.
By using Biomass compensated products Co2 footprint of the final product, roughly declines with 50%.
