Steel fiber gluing

We manufacture adhesives that can be used to glue (stainless) steel fibres. Stainless steel fibres are widely used in the Refractories and in the reinforced concrete to increase the strength under tension.

Our water-based adhesives are designed not to affect:

• Strength of the composite
• Tensile strain.

W can change our water-based polymer adhesive to

• Easy for mixing and gunning.
• Effective resistance to corrosion
• Increase in the life of refractory.

These fibres are extensively procured for the following applications:

• Low cement castable.
• Ladle Furnace Roof.
• Iron ladle, Electric Arc Furnace.
• Blast Furnace runner.
• Steel ladle, Ladle bottom.
• Feed Area Tundish.
