Vinyl acetate copolymers

Intercol is an adhesive manufacturer. Many op our waterbased adhesives are made with dispersion of PVAC and VAE. It is also possibly to make terpolymers with Vinyl Acetate based polymers, it can include acrylic or chlorine groups to enhance flexibility or flame retardancy.

PVAC is an often used polymer, it is used in various applications such as:

• Food packaging adhesives
• Wood construction adhesives (in combination with hardener: water resistant D3 wood adhesives)
• As ingredient for Chewing gum (PvAC solid resins)
• As impact modifier and plastizer for bioplastics, such as PLA and starch products.
